14-day right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us by email at [YOUR CONTACT EMAIL] within that period.

Sending it back

Return the item unworn and unwashed within 14 days of telling us. Return address: [RETURN ADDRESS]. Return shipping costs are [paid by you / covered by us].

Refunds

We refund the item price and the original standard shipping within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, to your original payment method. We may wait until the item is back or you've shown proof of sending it.

Misprints and damage

If something arrives misprinted or damaged, email a photo within [30] days and we'll replace it or refund you, no return needed.
